Pre-publication Orders

Consumer Sales Terms and Shipping Charges

We require all orders from consumers to be pre-paid with check or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You may return your purchase within thirty days for a refund.

Our standard shipping is USPS Media Mail. Customers should expect to wait up to ten business days to receive their books. We apply a shipping charge for EACH shipping address. Shipping charges are as follows:

DOMESTIC ORDERS. On all orders within the United States, we determine shipping charges by the value of your order. For orders of 0$ to $30.00, the shipping is $5.75; for orders over $30.00, not including tax, the shipping is FREE.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS. Our books are distributed in Australia by Connor Court Pty Ltd, PO Box 967, Bacchus Marsh VIC 3340 Australia, Phone/Fax (03) 5368 2570, www.connorcourt.com.au.

CANADIAN ORDERS. The $15.00 shipping charge for Canadian orders is for one book only. If you purchase more than one book, we will e-mail you with an accurate shipping charge. Canadian shipping is expensive, and you may request that your order be cancelled if the shipping is more than you wish to pay.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. The $15.00 shipping charge for international orders is for one book only. If you purchase more than one book, we will e-mail you with an accurate shipping charge. International shipping is very expensive, and you may request that your order be cancelled if the shipping charge is more than you wish to pay.

Bookstore and Library Sales Terms and Shipping Charges

Our standard discount for bookstores and libraries is 50% on any quantity or mix of titles. We require our trade customers to pay all shipping charges and to prepay on their first order with us. Our books are also available through Ingram, Bookazine, and many other wholesalers and jobbers. If you would like to open an account with us, please contact Thomas Spence at 888.773.6782.

Pre-publication Orders

We may offer forthcoming books for sale in advance of their availability in our warehouse. If you purchase a book in advance, we will ship it to you as soon as it is available, but your credit card will be charged immediately. If your advance purchase is part of a larger order, the balance of your order will ship immediately, and the advance order will be filled when the book is available. We will apply an additional shipping charge when your advance order is filled.
