Effective January 1, 2004, Spence Publishing no longer accepts unsolicited proposals or manuscripts. We regret that we do not have sufficient staff to return or respond to unsolicited proposals or manuscripts even if return postage is included. Authors who wish to find a literary agent to represent them should consult Writer's Market or Literary Marketplace, both of which are available in most libraries.
